Small group training classes are designed to give athletes more opportunity to work on a specific skill while receiving constant feedback. Athletes are encouraged to come to the training ready to receive high repetition. Sessions can be physically and mentally challenging as athletes. At the end of each session, athletes will receive "homework" of areas to work on their own.
