In the Middle School Setting Workshop, athletes will receive training on proper setting Footwork, Hand Contact, and Hand Release. Athletes will receive a high volume of repetition and be given constant feedback throughout the workshop.
Position Workshops are 5 hour mini camps designed to work on position specific movements and techniques. Training will be lead by experienced coaches from A5 Gwinnett Club teams and Volley Performance Gwinnett coaches.
Middle School workshops are for those players in Middle School 6th to 8th grade.
These camps are for athletes fairly new to volleyball to elite players that are playing on a high lever club volleyball team. Athletes will be broken into groups based on their current skill level. Drills will be adjusted based on the level of the group.
This camp is not for "Setters" only. All positions are welcome to get continued work on setting.
Note: Both male and female athletes are welcome at our camps and clinics! However, If there are not enough males signed up to form their own training group, they will be incorporated into the female groups with similar skill level.
**Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be available for participants up to 48 hours from the date of the event. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee will be applied. No refund will be available once the event has begun.
