The A5G Elite training programs are high intensity, fast-paced training classes that are designed for experienced club athletes. It is recommended that you have a minimum of 2+ years of club in order to sign up for these classes. Attention to detail fueled by massive amounts of repetition and combination work will be what to expect in the gym form the very first drill to the last.
Recommended for experience players that are 15U. If atheltes are not able to maintain pace or lack the skill level require, alternative arrangements may be suggested.
Athletes will be expected to bring a competitive spirit throughout the training.
