VPG 16U to18U Setting Repetition 5:30pm-6:30pm

This class allows Setters the opportunity to get high volume of setting repetition and work on technical ability. Setters will be put through drills that focus on footwork, hand positioning, setting location and understanding tempo. Repetitions will be designed to mimic match scenarios. Athletes will received a high level of feedback throughout the training. This class is reserved for athletes that have 2+ years of club volleyball experience and are 16 to 18 yrs old.
