This class allows Liberos the opportunity to get high volume repetition on serve receive passing, individual defense and out of system setting. Repetitions will be designed to mimic match scenarios. Athletes will received a high level of feedback throughout the training. This class is reserved for athletes that have 2+ years of club volleyball experience
